The ground and the machines that work it.
Two optional modules for the parts of the place that aren't livestock. Switch either off if you don't run it, and it leaves the sidebar entirely.
Crops: planting through harvest
Every planting is a record — name and variety, where it went in, its status, the date it was planted and the date you expect to take it off. Growing, harvested, or still planned: the page tells you which without you working it out.
The field that earns its keep is the last one: the yield you actually got. Expected harvest dates slip and plantings disappoint, and the only way to know whether a variety is worth doing again is to have written down what it really gave you. Next spring that's the difference between a decision and a guess.

Equipment: what you own and what it's owed
Machinery gets make, model, year, purchase price and hours, plus a maintenance log that records what's been serviced and what's due next. The tractor's oil change, the baler's belts, the side-by-side that's somehow at four hundred hours already.
Two things fall out of keeping it. You stop guessing whether something was serviced this season — the log says. And when a machine is finally sold or replaced, its cost and its history are still there to tell you what it really cost to run.
- 🔧Maintenance records with what was done and when.
- ⏱️Hours tracked so service intervals mean something.
- 💲Purchase price kept with the machine, next to the fuel and repairs in the ledger.
- 🔌Both optional — off in Settings → Modules, out of the sidebar.
